Ginkgo House,Kashmir,Herbal Farming,Seeds,Plants.......

Coneflower seeds
Did you know? That many of the seeds we plant at our farm in Kashmir actually come from the plants that we grow here? By harvesting seeds from our own farm, we have a clear understanding of each plant’s history.

This is an important part of our traceability procedures, but the work doesn’t stop there. Every step of a plant’s lifecycle is carefully documented—from creating a birth certificate when we harvest seeds, to notating what organic fertilizer is applied to a plant, to tracking the entire harvesting process.

Wondering why these traceability procedures are in place? It’s all to help ensure that your products and #herbal products are made from high quality ingredients!

Natural pesticides for flowers, trees & plants

Natural pesticide

The deadliest flower in the insect world is a lifeline to farmers—and the planet. The yellow center of the 'killer chrysanthemum' contains a natural toxin that is a powerful insecticide.

Pyrethrins are pesticides found naturally in some chrysanthemum flowers. ... However, they typically contain impurities from the flower. Whole, crushed flowers are known as pyrethrum powder. Pyrethrins have been registered for use in pesticides since the 1950's.
